Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase or your item arrives damaged, you may request
an exchange or a full refund, excluding shipping costs, within 48 hours of receiving the item.
To qualify, you must contact us within the 48-hour period and provide your order details. For damaged items, please include clear photos of the item and its packaging. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless they were received damaged.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We don’t offer international shipping at this time.

All orders ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in real time based on your delivery address and the items in your cart (size/weight).
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more (subtotal before tax).If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout.
Express shipping
If you need your order faster, USPS Express (or the fastest available USPS option) may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Availability and pricing are shown during checkout based on your address.
Processing time (order handling)
Orders are typically processed within [5-7 business days] before they ship. Because our items are 3D printed and hand-painted, some orders may take a bit longer during high-volume periods or for larger orders.
